Musta seen Janis w/BBHC at least 50 times, went every weekend as could, the Avalon was my fav! She picked me up once and gave me a ride to Fairfax in Marin, where we tripped around in the woodsy trails, she loved the flowers so much!
I heard the Avalon's back open, with sheets and fractals from what I hear, is this so? Janice, w/BBHC WAS the original Family Dog. Don't suppose Chet Helms is into it anymore he was so cool, less capitalist or something as I remember, used to cost $2.50 for great shows!! Easy to hawk a few Oracles and get in.
